⚠️ Booking and Experience Policy
• There are no refunds, cancellations, or appointment changes, due to the nature of the experiences which require prior preparation.
• Please adhere to the entry and exit times. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the trial will be cancelled without a refund.
• In case of an emergency, the date can be changed for a fee of 50 riyals per person, provided that the change is requested at least 24 hours before the trial date.
• The trial can be extended for an additional 30 minutes for 50 riyals per person, payable during the trial.
• Children aged 8 years and older are allowed to register, provided that an adult is registered with them.
• After the explanation is finished, there is no follow-up or supervision of the children during the experience, and they are under the responsibility of the escort.
